Have you ended up in a new rat race?

So many coaches leave their previous jobs because they want to escape the rat race.
They want to escape the 9-5, Monday to Friday life.
They want to escape being stuck at a desk all day long.
They want to escape doing work that isn’t aligned to them and that drains them.
So, you became a coach. Someone who works for themselves, lives their passions and encourages others to do the same.
But, you’ve found yourself stuck following a generic, out of date business strategy that you’re not aligned with and now you’re in a new rat race of your own.
There are so many business coaches who call them self intuitive or heart centred etc but they’re still pushing the masculine energy way of promoting yourself and selling.
They’re telling you to reach out to 100’s of people you know and connect with the intention of jumping on a call with them so you can sell them your service.
They’re telling you to not give any of your info away for free, to only keep the good stuff for you to sell to people.
To not tell potential clients how to get results but why they should want results.
They tell you to never let people know your prices until you get on a call, so that you can “coach” them around the sale.
That may work and be aligned for some but it definitely isn’t for me and it’s not the way I encourage my clients to be!
I like to help people connect to their own authentic way of putting themselves out there and selling. It’s why each person I work with gets a bespoke strategy for them that is aligned to their values.
I love to help people step away from this old fashioned way of working and getting clients, to reframe and restrategize and bring in the more feminine energy to their business.
Scaling your business has to be done in a way that is aligned with you, that’s the best way to attract clients and grow quickly while also loving the process.
Want to here more about how I can help you create a strategy that’s bespoke for you? Let me know in the comments below.
